Lasagna and Strawberry Shortcake

I have created yet another recipe! This time it is an entre and a dessert and only 5 Weight Watchers points together! Here it is:

Healthy Lasagna:

Ronzoni Healthy Harvest lasagna noodles
1 pound ground turkey
Low-fat cottage cheese (12 oz)
1 package of Kraft fat-free mozzarella
1 26 oz can of pasta sauce

Grease a lasagna pan with either cooking spray or olive oil. Pre-heat oven to 425.
Cook the turkey in a pan in its own juices. At the same time boil the noodles until they are al dente.
Make a layer of noodles (about 4) in the bottom of the pan. Top with sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and turkey(drained of grease) in any order you wish place more noodles on top of that and repeat.
Make as many layers as you like. For the last layer top with just sauce and mozzarella.
Put in the oven for 10 min.
Cut into 16 even pieces. (Only 3 points a piece!)

Strawberry Shortcake

Dolly Shortcakes (4 pack)
Fresh strawberries
Fat-free cool whip

Top 1 shortcake with 2 tablespoons of fat-free cool whip and about 3 or 4 strawberries for a 2 point treat!
