As promised I will be blogging about what I eat every day. I am not quite sure the way I will post these daily, but for now I will post each meal. I think later on I will probably just do all meals in one post, but I am just testing this out.
For breakfast this morning I had a Jimmy Dean D'Light breakfast sandwich. It had an english muffin with an egg white, cheese, and canadian bacon. It was really yummy! It is 6 Weight Watchers Points Plus Points.
